Off the main living area is a small balcony, and downstairs is a spacious second living room with TV for the kids to chill out after a day at the beach!
The yard is perfect for family time, with a shared BBQ area and space for the kids (or adults) to run and play.
You will be just a 600m walk to stunning Shoal Bay beach, and a 1km walk into the town centre of Shoal Bay.
Little Beach is the perfect swimming spot for young families and is just a 900m walk. It is just a 1km walk into the Nelson Bay town centre with much to see and do.
Included in your booking are 3 car spaces in the garages, and additional street parking, free wifi, bed linen, bath towels, and all the basics you will need. A porta-cot and highchair, and beach towels are available for hire, please request this at least 24 hours prior to check-in if required.
Pets:
Luana is only pet friendly when all three townhouses are booked as one group booking. If you would like to bring a pet along, please contact us for permission. If allowed, an additional Pet Policy Agreement and fee of $150 per pet will apply to your stay. Maximum 2 small-medium sized dogs. Please note that Luana is not a fenced property and your dog must be kept on a lead at all times when outside.
