There is remediation work occurring at this property currently, expected completion December 2024. There will be personnel onsite and may be some construction noise experienced and personnel on site between 7am and 5pm weekdays.

Off the main living area is a small balcony, and downstairs is a spacious second living room with TV for the kids to chill out after a day at the beach!

The yard is perfect for family time, with a shared BBQ area and space for the kids (or adults) to run and play.

You will be just a 600m walk to stunning Shoal Bay beach, and a 1km walk into the town centre of Shoal Bay.
Little Beach is the perfect swimming spot for young families and is just a 900m walk. It is just a 1km walk into the Nelson Bay town centre with much to see and do.

Included in your booking are 1 car space in the garage, and additional street parking, free wifi, bed linen, bath towels, and all the basics you will need. A porta-cot and highchair, and beach towels are available for hire, please request this at least 24 hours prior to check-in if required.

At Arabella you will be in within view of Bagnalls Beach, and a short stroll to Dutchman’s Beach. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the company of your nearest and dearest.

Split over three spacious levels, Arabella features four bedrooms, two indoor living areas and an incredible outdoor living and dining area.

Walk across the road to Bagnall’s Beach, or just a little further to Dutchman’s Beach. You will be 1.6km from the heart of Nelson Bay shopping district, about a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive. Salamander Bay Square is a larger shopping centre is just a 7 minute drive.

Included in your booking are 1 car space, free wifi, bed linen and bath towels. A porta-cot and beach towels are available for hire, please request this at least 24 hours prior to check-in if required. We provide a small amount of amenities to get you started for your stay: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet paper, laundry and dishwashing supplies. The Breeze

The Breeze is newly renovated apartment located in the highly sought after beachside suburb of Merewether. Ideal for couples or small families for a relaxing beach getaway, visiting family close by, or business stay.
